Le Petit Village has 10 Apartments: 8x One Bedroom Studio Apartments and 2x Two Bedroom Apartments

RATES

• Validity – until 31 October 2008
• Meal Plan - self-catering only (no meals are included and there is no on-site restaurant)
• Number of people per apartment - as indicated
• Taxes - Includes all local government taxes
• Cancellation Policy - see below

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Minimum stay of 3 nights required
• Credit card details confirm the reservation - should the reservation be cancelled as per our cancellation policy, the respective portion of the total cost of the accommodation will be charged to the card
• Bookings can only be confirmed a maximum of 6 months in advance

CHILDREN AND INFANTS

• Infants under 18 months sleeping in a Baby Cot may be accommodated with parents at no extra charge
• Children over 18 months are not able to share a Studio Apartment with their parents. They would require a Two Bedroom Apartment, subject to availability.
• An additional child under 12 years may be accommodated in a Two Bedroom Apartment at a supplement of 30 Euro per night
• Children over 12 years may occupy an apartment on their own at the normal rate for a Studio Apartment

PAYMENT

• All hotel expenses are required to be paid in Foreign Currency
• Hotel Bills can be settled using Foreign Currency Cash, Traveller’s Cheques or Credit Card
• We accept Visa and Mastercard and operate in Euro currency
• Bills are required to be settled 72 hours prior to departure if payment by Credit Card

CANCELLATION POLICY

Peak Season (1-30 April; 15 December - 15 January)

• 0-7 days 100% total cost of accommodation
• 8-14 days 75% total cost of accommodation
• 15-21 days 50% total cost of accommodation

All other times

• 0-3 days 100% total cost of accommodation
• 4-7 days 75% total cost of accommodation
• 7-14 days 50% total cost of accommodation
